A Few Things to Know

How long does a custom design concept take?

A custom design concept needs more lead time than a ready-made one. We ask for at least three months before your event date so our creative team can shape the look, source costumes, and get every detail right.

Are there additional costs?

Usually, yes. A custom design concept involves extra creative and production work, so it can carry additional fees depending on how elaborate it gets. We will walk you through every cost in advance, so there are no surprises.

What happens after I submit my idea?

Our creative team reviews what you shared and develops it into a full design concept: mood boards, color direction, costuming, and entertainment that fit your event. Your consultant follows up to refine the details with you.

Can I start from one of your existing design concepts?

Absolutely. Many clients use a ready-made concept as a starting point and customize from there. Tell your consultant which one caught your eye and what you would change.

Who can see my custom design concept?

Your custom design concept is private to your event. It stays yours unless you decide later that you would like us to offer it more widely.

What if I am not sure what I want yet?

That is completely fine. Share whatever you have, even a few words or a single photo, and book a consultation call. Our team is happy to explore ideas with you and help shape the direction.
